Our Commitment
At Loffo, every product is made to order just for you. We take quality seriously and want you to love what you receive. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.
What We Accept Returns For
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- Wrong item received — you received a different product, size, or color than what you ordered
- Defective product — visible print defects, stitching issues, or manufacturing faults
- Damaged in transit — product arrived damaged or torn
What We Do Not Accept Returns For
Because all Loffo products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or wrong size ordered
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
- Products that have been washed, worn, or altered
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
How to Raise a Return Request
- Email us at support@loffo.in within 7 days of delivery
- Use the subject line: "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
- Include clear photos of the issue (product, defect, packaging)
- We will review and respond within 2 business days
Resolution Options
Once your request is approved, we offer:
- Free replacement — we'll send you a new piece at no cost
- Store credit — full order value credited to your Loffo account
- Refund — refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when raising the request.
COD Orders — Return Policy
For Cash on Delivery orders, if you wish to return a product for a valid reason:
- Do not open or use the product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a reverse pickup where available
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order moves to production, cancellation is not possible as the item is being made specifically for you.
