Where We Ship

Loffo currently ships across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


How It Works

All Loffo products are made to order. This means your item is printed and prepared after you place your order — we don't ship from pre-made stock. Here's the full journey:

Shipping is free on all orders across India.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pincodes in India. COD availability is shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If a COD order is returned undelivered due to unavailability, re-delivery may not be possible and the order may be cancelled.


Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes during sales or festive periods
  • Weather or logistical disruptions
  • Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@loffo.in with your order number.


Wrong Address

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. Loffo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@loffo.in within 12 hours of placing your order.


Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building security
  2. Contact the courier partner directly using your tracking number
  3. Email us at support@loffo.in — we'll investigate and resolve within 5 business days
